Most recently we were in Fergus for wedding and we booked Staybridge as our accommodation. We thank Michael who received us very late in the morning. The rooms were clean and very well organized. The kitchenette option is each room is well equipped for families who would like the option of cooking their own meals. The breakfast had a wide selection of foods. They have plenty of indoor space but they also offer a great outdoor patio option. Thank you Staybridge Team. Tony Toronto

We walked in after having a devastating flood in our house to the most helpful staff. The manger went out of his way to make sure we got a room. They made us feel so welcome from check in till our check out 3 weeks later. The breakfast was very good every morning especially the coffee. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and always smiling . Would recommend this hotel for an over night stay or for an extended stay. Can’t thank them enough for the wonderful stay. 10 /10.
I just got home from a 3 night stay at the most amazing hotel. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful especially Justin she went out of her way to help me and my 3 daughters, she is always so friendly and so happy to see us made us feel so welcoming. We will definitely be staying there again. I wish I had the chance to thank her in person for everything.

I had such a wonderful stay! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming — but what truly made the experience stand out was the incredible service from Justin at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel right at home. It’s rare to meet someone who takes so much pride in making guests feel valued, but Justin did exactly that. Her professionalism and positive attitude set the tone for the entire stay. I’ll definitely be coming back — and recommending this hotel to friends and family — thanks to her!
Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. Couple small issues in the room but nothing major. Will probably stay there again, just not that room.
We just stayed here for my daughter’s hockey tournament weekend and got back to the hotel a little after breakfast one morning , but the manager harry made sure the whole team ate. Great service and the rooms are really nice.
